Our Products R Draper Ltd has been supplying the finest top soils, manures and composts since 1946. We supply Councils, Garden Centres, Landscape Gardeners as well as the Mushroom Industry. All of our base products are sourced from local suppliers and processed at our purpose built site in Simonswood. We are pleased to offer the following products: - As Dug Top Soil – Best quality Lancashire agricultural top soil excavated from local farmland. As Dug Top Soil is a natural untreated product and may, of course, contain stones and pottery fragments. Grade 1 Top Soil – We take our finest quality Lancashire agricultural As Dug Top Soil and grade it through fine 10mm screens This stone free product is ideal for use on football pitches, golf courses, domestic gardens, grass seeding and for bagging. Random samples are regularly analysed and copies of the results are available on request. Custom Rootzones - We are pleased to custom blend our Grade 1 Top Soil with sand to your exact specifications to provide root zones. Grade 2 Top Soil – A graded soil, coarser than Grade 1 Top Soil. Based on locally excavated and recovered soil graded through 14mm screens. For use in industrial and commercial landscaping. Peaty Soil – A rich peaty soil, excavated locally and screened to remove stones etc. This soil is ideal for general landscaping and shrub beds. Mushroom Compost – Contains peat and composted horse manure. Collected from local mushroom producers, mushroom compost is an ideal mulch and soil conditioner. Can be used for tree planting and for bagging. Organic92 – Provides an environmentally friendly peat free mulch and soil conditioner. A natural product based on well-composted stable manure. Ideal for any use, easy to spread. Green Compost – Locally produced from hedge clippings, tree prunings and grass cuttings, an ideal mulch and soil conditioner. Any of the above products can be blended to meet your own specifications. We are proud that all of our products are naturally sourced and that no additives or chemicals are used in their production. All of our products are regularly randomly tested to ensure they meet our stringent quality standards. We are confident in the source, quality and
purity of our products and we are delighted to provide samples at any
